This apartment complex is the perfect place from which to explore the centre of Florida. There is a good range of restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity of the complex, and a 10-minute drive in one direction will take guests to the Disney Theme park, while Universal Studios is just 15 minutes away in the other direction. It is a mere 1-hour drive to the east and west coasts respectively.

The 1 or 2 bedrooms are spacious and luxuriantly decorated in Caribbean style. The apartments with 1 bedroom can accommodate up to 4 persons, with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate 6 guests, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. All accommodation units come with a balcony or a terrace. An en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, kitchen, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, washing machine and ironing set come as standard, as well as individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating.

There is a small deli on the property that sells sandwiches and the ingredients might need to make a full meal or snack in their apartment. There are also restaurants of every variety within walking distance of the property.

The property features 3 swimming pools, including one with a giant volcano, Jacuzzis, 2 kids' pools, sun loungers and lit tennis courts, as well as a basketball and a shuffleboard court. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym.

The units receive a full cleaning every 8th day. This includes general cleaning, garbage disposal and a change of sheets and towels. 2 and 3 bedroom units have a washing machine and dryer. 1 bedroom units can request clean sheets and towels daily (free). Guest can request full-cleaning for an additional charge.
