The villas with two separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, come with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and two queen-size beds in the second bedroom. A sofa bed is also to be found in the separate living room. Furthermore, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. Further standard fittings include a washing machine and an iron and ironing board as well as individually adjustable heating and air conditioning. These separate accommodation units are ideal for families.

From October 15th 2006 the entire hotel will be non-smoking. A light cleaning (towel change, garbage and vacuum as needed) is done everyday and a full cleaning every eighth day.
