| Description of the Fairmont Hotel |
This hotel offers the ultimate in luxury. The reception is a spacious area which has a rich feel to it. The rooms are extremely lavish, warm with individuality and decorated in classic colours. Restaurants are also very plush and some ornate, but all serve exceptional food. If you want to escape from it all, there is a roof garden which is very tranquil and is beautifully kept. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring San Francisco, especially by tram which runs past the hotel. There are lots of shops for the shopaholics, the SBC Park for the American Football enthusiast, plus lots of other sites to give you a taste of a vibrant culture.

You're going to need to Cable cars to travel back up to the hotel on Nob's Hill. Going down is OK.
