"Good location (if can't get in Valley itself). Friendly efficient staff

"Room was large and had good facilities. Decor was a bit dated. Hairdryer
didn't work. Bar was cosy and staff friendly. Meal in restaurant first
night was excellent but second night the food was cold and steak
overcooked. Pool and spa areas were good.

"Spacious, well equipped and comfortable accomodation, most rooms with
terrace/balcony facing rocky and fast moving river with mountain
background. Efficient service, shop for essentials as well as
souvenirs, several outdoor splash pools safe for children.
Self
catering facilities but restaurant is high quality and excellent value
and there is a separate pizza parlour. These are separately managed
from hotel [I.E. pay direct, not charged to room bill].
Plenty
of free parking."
