This Lodge is on 7 acres of natural bushland and features comfortable, well appointed accommodation. The Lodge's accommodation has been designed with the natural surroundings of Kangaroo Island in mind. Every room offers either a water front or pool view, modern facilities and spacious sitting areas.

American River is located 40 kilometres from the ferry port of Penneshaw. Kangaroo Island Lodge is sheltered in a small fishing village, overlooking the American River Bay. It is ideally situated close to most of the island's major attractions.
