"Good value in great location

"We spent 4 days in the hotel April 2007. We have no hestitation in
recommending this hotel to anyone. It is in a good position, well kept,
helpful,pleasant staff, good range of breakfasts, spacious,quiet rooms,
on the tram route. As we are an older couple we would say it was
suitable for all groups though possibly lacked much for children to do
should this be a requirement. A swimming pool would be a super addition.
