The property is nestled in the established heritage gardens of the historic Glen Isla homestead (c1870), which has been fully restored. It offers old-world country house ambience and charm, with fine surroundings. The Glen Isla rooms are located in the main purpose-architected guest accommodations, along with the dining room. Each room has been individually decorated and furnished by a leading Melbourne interior designer. Each room has a separate entrance from the deck veranda for privacy to come and go as guests please. Glen Isla is an adult retreat and guest rooms are quite separate from the host accommodation, so guests have complete privacy. Please note that this is a non smoking property.

Glen Isla House is located on Phillip Island approximately 1.5 kilometres from the centre of the township of Cowes and is an easy 2 hours drive from the heart of Melbourne. It is located approximately 100 metres from the bay. Phillip Island is well known for its spectacular walks along the coastline and nature walks through native bird sanctuaries. The world-famous Penguin Parade is one of the most popular attractions in Australia, with over 500,000 visitors per year watching the little penguins waddle up the beach every night.
