"Location is excellent but hotel leaves a lot to be desired

"Arrived at hotel and ignored by reception staff. Eventually checked in
and room different to what I thought we had paid for. Handed over pre-
paid voucher and then asked for payment?? Door key would not open door
so had to go back to reception again. Room filthy and had not been
cleaned. We went down and asked if either room could be made up or move
to a new room (once I had managed to get staff attention - 2 staff and
all avoiding eye contact) Stayed 3 nights and came back on third night
to find that after booking transfer with desk to airport the following
day and going to room that we were locked out. Went all the way back to
reception and were told that we were staying 2 nights and that we had
not paid our bill and were not to be allowed access. Bill was in some-
one elses name. I had receipt of payment so was eventually given a new
key. Internet down most of the time and lifts need replacing as very
slow and when you are on top floor this is a problem

"Ideal for visiting the sights of Sydney at a good price

"Good all round comfortable and clean, friendly hotel in an ideal
location at a good price. 3 of us shared a room and found it comfortable
enough. Most attractions were walkable. Nice breakfeast in the morning.
Met some nice fellow travellers who also were enjoying their stay.
