Customer reviews of the Floris Avenue Hotel
"The location was good - very Central to train service and also tourist
attractions

"My husband and I were very pleased with the service at Hotel Floris Avenue-
the staff were very good especially the male receptionist who was on
duty whilst we were there- unfortunately we did not take his name- but
he booked us in and out of the hotel. He was especially helpful when we
wanted to go on the day trips- the sightseeing excursion and the day
trip to Bruges!
He was also especially helpful when we experienced difficulties with openeing the safe in our hotel room and also when we checked out of our hotel room at 11 am, he kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe holding area for a couple of hours!
He was an excellent receptionist and we would like this relayed back to the hotel, he can be traced back to our booking time on arrival
" The best thing about Floris Avenue was:"Customer Srevice and yes the buffet breakfat
" The worst thing about Floris Avenue was:"Just a slight smell of cigarette smoke- apart from that we couldd not
fault anything about the hotel
