"This Hotel is undergoing renovations. This did not cause a problem to us
at all. We had a room on the 14th floor which was lovely. We had a
problem on the first night from excessive loud noise from 6 of the rooms
along the corridor. Young girls seemingly having parties in the rooms.
The reception staff were very efficient and security dealt with the
problem immediately. The room was really comfortable and spacious, you
even get a choice of 4 types of pillows, (soft - firm) The hotel is well
located and minutes away from the cn Tower. Quite a few little bars and
restaurants near by.

"Pleasant stay and the hotel and I would return should I visit Toronto
again. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was kept very clean. The
hotel had a good choice of room selection.
