Guests are welcomed in an elegant lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and several lifts. Culinary options include a café, a bar, and a cosy restaurant with highchairs available for children. Further facilities include a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a breakfast room, a dining room, a bicycle storage room, and a public Internet connection. W-LAN is available throughout the hotel buildings. Business guests may make use of the conference rooms, while all guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services as well as the medical assistance. Guests will reach a nightclub, an underground/ urban rail station, and shops in a few minutes on foot, and English Bay lies around 10 minutes away by public transport. The famous Granville Island is situated about 1 km from the hotel, with Stanley Park a little further away. The city of Richmond is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.

The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. Also provided as standard are floor to ceiling windows, which offer breathtaking views over the city, the mountains, and the sea. A direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a radio feature in every room, as do an Internet connection, a small fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board, a king-size bed, carpeting, a hire safe, and a sitting area complete the room offerings. Both the air conditioning and the heating are individually adjustable.
