Description of the Sumratin Hotel

Simplicity and value for money combined with an enviable location within the centre of the "Lapad Cove" area. The Sumratin hotel whilst basic is the perfect place for strolls along the tree lined promenade, relax in the many coffee boutiques or enjoy some fine food in the wealth of restaurants and pizzerias. The pebbly beach is also a stones throw away whilst the old town of Dubrovnik is no more than 4km. A great little choice. Taxi direct to hotel takes approx. 25 mins. and costs c.225 HRK, although car hire can also be arranged for collection at the airport upon arrival

Disabled facilities:-	The hotel has a lift and the surrounding area is flat although there have been no modifications made to the hotel.
20 mins walk:-	Lapad Bay, restaurants, café bars, shops, sea front, beach. Dubrovnik Old Town (By bus).
Public transport:-	A bus service operates into the historical centre and around the city, the closest bus stop is 300m away.
Parking:-	The hotel has its own small private car park and parking is also permitted on the street side although not all areas are free of charge.
Bar:-	The bar is small and cosy and stay open until 12pm.
Room facilities:-	Simple rooms are clean and spacious and offer twin or double beds with bath and / or shower, colour TV and direct dial telephone. Rooms have pleasant views over the gardens or park area and have small balconies.
Reception:-	The reception is manned 24hours and offers exchange facilities.
Lobby:-	Small lobby area with seating and public telephones.
Directions:-	Upon leaving the airport turn right towards Dubrovnik. Follow the signs for the centre and then take the signs towards Lapad. The hotel is situated by the city's main shopping centre and post office please note that access can only be gained via the rear as the hotel is situated on a pedestrianised promenade.
