| Description of the Admiral Hotel |
Once Copenhagen's main granary dating back to 1787, this building has survived wars and fires. The 200 year old timber-wood construction is now a unique hotel. Many of the original features have been preserved, giving it a distinctive character. Completely renovated throughout in modern Scandinavian design, a wonderful combination of old and new. Great central location, short walk from Nyhavn Port, the Little Mermaid and the Royal Palace where you can see the changing of the guards.

|
"An ok 4star business type hotel. Rooms were small, funny layout due to
it being a granary previously. 10 minute walk to the Metro but only 2
blocks from Nyhavn.
"
The best thing about Admiral was:"Breakfast was good, nice selection.
"
The worst thing about Admiral was: "Limited Restaurant menu, lifts very slow.
