Customer reviews of the New Hotel Of Marseille
|
"Stylish, lovely setting, good food but slooooooow service
" |
|
"Stylish hotel in a great setting with a pool, very near to the Old Port
but far enough away to be quiet. The restaurant served good food and
drinks on the terrace were lovely but the service was ridiculously slow.
On our second night we wanted a drink before dinner and sat on the
terrace but despite it not being busy, not one of the four waiters took
our order in 20 minutes, so we gave up. When we left, it took half an
hour for the front desk staff to bring down our cases from our room
while we sat in reception.
"
The best thing about New Hotel Of Marseille was:"Location and style, easy parking
"
The worst thing about New Hotel Of Marseille was: "Seriously slow service
