This attractive residence is located on the border of the principality of Monaco. Beausoleil is a charming region, which is almost always sunny. The marina and the Monte Carlo garden, which are well worth seeing, (around 200 m away) are both located close by. Furthermore there is a conference centre close to the residence, as well as numerous shopping and entertainment venues. It offers an ideal starting point for diverse excursions in the neighbourhood such as trips to Italy and the Côte d'Azur. In addition, there are plenty of cultural, musical as well and sporting activities available by the coast.

| How to get there: |
From Paris (950 km), take the A6 motorway to Lyon, then the A7 and A8 \"La Provençale\", taking the \"Monaco / Cap-d'Ail\" exit to Menton. On the \"Moyenne Corniche\", take the Boulevard de La Turbie to the church (\"église\") and town hall (\"mairie\"). Carry on straight ahead on the Boulevard de la République then \"Camille Blanc\". Turn left onto the Boulevard de France/du Gal Leclerc, where you will find the \"Belle Epoque\" car park. From Italy:, take the Monaco exit on the \"Moyenne Corniche\", then turn left at the traffic lights to \"Beausoleil Centre\" via the Boulevard de La Turbie going to the church (\"église\") and town hall (\"mairie\"). Carry on straight ahead on the Boulevard de la République then \"Camille Blanc\". Turn left onto the Boulevard de France/du Gal Leclerc, where you will find the \"Belle Epoque\" car park.
