This hotel is located in the heart of Nice on the Place de la Libération, in one of the liveliest areas of the city. A Mediterranean-style market can be found in the near vicinity, and it is a short 15-minute walk to the beach. The railway station, shopping possibilities, and sights such as Place Masséna, the old district of Vieux Nice, the harbour, and the Flower Market can all be reached in some 5 minutes' walk.

The rooms all come equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, and satellite/ cable TV. A fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a double bed, and central heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning is individually adjustable.

"Clean hotel and considering low price paid, good value.

"We paid a very low price so could not expect too much from the hotel.
Our room was small, and en-suite facilities tiny, but both served the
purpose they were required for. The window of our room was on the ground
floor at the back of the hotel so no view other than of the air
conditioning unit. The hotel was very clean and the bed linen and towels
in good condition. The owner and his wife were friendly and spoke
english very well.
