It lies 5 minutes' walk from Monaco's modern town centre, and 10 minutes from the old town and Monaco Castle. The nearest sandy beach is around 700 m away, and the residence faces the port with its magnificent boats so guests may enjoy tourist and sports activities or simply relax. Nice Airport is 30 minutes away.

The hotel's suites have very well-equipped kitchens and a large living room ideal for couples or families. The accommodation blends spaciousness and comfort and offers a magnificent view of the sea and of the Port de Cap-d'Ail. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a bathrobe and WC, as well as cable TV, a telephone, air conditioning, a terrace, heating, a wake-up service/ alarm-clock and WLAN Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave and an ironing set, a safe and a seating area are provided in all accommodation as standard. The single rooms comprise one large room (22m²). The standard twin rooms comprise one large room (also 22m²) with 2 single beds. The superior twin rooms comprise one large room (32m²) with 2 single beds. The standard family suite comes with a lounge (20m²) with 2 pull-out beds for 2 children and one bedroom with a double bed. The superior quadruple rooms comprise a very large suite apartment with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds as well as a lounge with 2 pull-out beds and 2 bathrooms.

Head in the direction of Port de Cap-d'Ail by following signs to Fontvieille. By road: take the A8 motorway from Monaco. By train: guests should arrive at Monaco Station. By air: travel to Nice Airport (30 km from the hotel). By helicopter: Monaco Heliport is a 2-minute walk away - it is 6 minutes from Nice to Monaco by helicopter.
