"Great value in good location

"The hotel was in a fantastic location within 2 mins of the Nice Ville
train station and 15 mins walk to the sea front. Hotel is clean and all
rooms are airconditioned. Staff extremely friendly. The room was a bit
on the small side and the bathroom was tiny but if just need a base for
a few days it is ideal and extremely cheap. Breakfast was ok. Safety
deposit boxes available in reception 4 Euro per day. Ask for a room on
the 4th floor as they all have secluded balconies. 24 hr reception.
