"The hotel itself is nice and the rooms aren't bad for basic needs.
Unfortunately there are no lifts, and when I asked if it was possibel to
change rooms ( as I was pregnant and my friend is registered disabled),
they were unaccommodating. R
The hotel was supposed to be open 24
hours, but on returning from a night out (about 11pm) we found ourselves
locked out with no one answering our knocks. Eventually one of the
several other guests awaiting entry climbed in through a window and let
us all in. We then helped ourselves to the keys behind the reception as
we still could find no staff!
The following morning the breakfast was
not great, and the service not very friendly.
All in all not the best
hotel I have stayed in, but if you're looking for somewhere cheap to
stay, don't mind stairs, having to break in to get to your room, and
aren't fussed about breakfast, then this hotel is for you! "
The best thing about Amarys Simart was:"Cheap."
The worst thing about Amarys Simart was: "Service and staff availability."
