"Charming staff. "
	"We arrived in the early evening to discover that the hotel had guests who had "prolonged their stay", so there was no room for us. The hotel had arranged a night's accommodation for us at a neighbouring 4 star hotel which was fine, and then upgraded us to a bigger room in the Roblin for our second night. The refurbishment of the public areas downstairs is great, but the bedroom, although spacious, was a little tired. The furniture was a bit rickety and the air conditioning was not very effective. However, the staff were charming and did their best in difficult circumstances. " The best thing about New Hotel Roblin was:"Straight forward efficient breakfast " The worst thing about New Hotel Roblin was: "Shabby furnishings in bedroom "
