| This 5-storey hotel was opened in 2004 and comprises a total of 41 rooms of which 35 are apartments. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a small supermarket, a dining room, a cosy restaurant, a public Internet terminal with WLAN access point, a bicycle hire service and a laundry service. There are facilities for seminars and other functions and medical assistance is available on request. Guests may make use of the bicycle storage facilities and the car park and garage parking. |

The hotel is located in the Adlershof district of Berlin directly adjacent to the campus of the Humboldt University in the newly built technology and media centre of the German capital. It is about 1 km to the centre of Adlershof where guests will discover a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues. Mitte is 30 minutes away on public transport for which there is a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many of Berlin's top sights may be paid a visit including Gendarmenmarkt, the Hackeschen Höfe and many other cultural venues. Schönefeld airport is 8 km away whilst it is some 35 km to Tegel.

The hotel comprises several dormitory rooms, which are suitable for groups; for longer stays, apartments are available. All rooms come with a bathroom with a shower and individually controllable heating whilst the apartments additionally come with a lounge, a modern kitchenette and a TV.
