| The architect-owner of this property is justly proud of his work. From the ruins of the old farmhouse and stables he has rebuilt the 2 buildings with the utmost care and detail so that they are now immaculate. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, some with whirlpools. Add to this that the property is located in southern Umbria amongst cultivated fields, woods, a stream at one end of the grounds and with beautiful uninterrupted views over to the classic hilltop village of Visciano, and have the perfect spot for a tranquil holiday. The 2 buildings are made up of the 2-storeyed Farmhouse and the ground floor Stables. |

For up to 10 people in the fround floor offer sitting/dining room with open fireplace, kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher, store room with washing machine, shower room with WC, second sitting room with double sofa bed and stairway, a double bedded room with ensuite bathroom, WC. In the first floor offer 2 double bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom, WC, twin bedded room with ensuite shower room, WC. For either 8 people or up to 18 people the ground floor stables are available in the ground floor offer double bedded room with ensuite bathroom, WC, twin bedded room with ensuite shower room, WC, double bedded room with ensuite shower room, WC, sitting room with sofa bed, kitchen/dining room with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and WC with washing machine.

| How to get there: |
From Milan/Bologna, follow the A1 Autostrada south towards Firenze/Roma. From Pisa Airport take the blue sign, directions Firenze. Exit at Scandicci and follow the green motorway signs for Firenze/Roma. Collect a ticket at the toll booth and follow the A1 Autostrada South direction Roma. All drivers: turn off the A1 Florence/Rome motorway at Orte on to the E45 dual-carriageway direction Narni-Perugia-Terni. After 4 km take the turn off sign posted Narni and keep following this road through Nera Montoro, over the traffic lights, under the railway bridge and through Stifone. 6 km from the Narni turn off with Narni visible high up ahead, take the 180 degree turn to the right towards Roma. After 2.5 km at Taizzano with the Trattoria Tiberina on the left, turn right at the blue sign for Taizzano down past the football pitch. Follow this road over crossroads into Treie past the metal enches on your right. After the right hand bend and 2 km from the Trattoria iberina turn off, just before the electricity tower, turn left into the Strada del Castello. N.B. Be careful turning left here, there are on coming vehicles coming around the blind bend in front. Continue along this road for around 1.5 km, tarmac turning to white track, past the equestrian centre on the left, follow the S bend eventually to Podere Passatore.
