Description of the Excelsior Palace (Taormina) Hotel

Bus stop approx. 20 mins from the hotel. Train station is approx. 30 mins walk.
From the airport:-
Taxi direct from Catania airport approx. 80 - 100 euro. Company 'APT' runs a bus every 20mins from approx. 5am until midnight to and from the central station of Catania. From here train to Taormina-Giardini station (approx. 4 euro) then short taxi ride. 'Etna trasporti' (www.etnatrasporti.it) run a bus which goes to Giardini Naxos and Taormina from the airport. Frequency will depend on season so check websites or tourist office.
Parking:-
No private parking but public parking is located nearby (100m) at 'Porta Catania'. Payable locally.

Open 3.30pm - midnight. Also serves snacks.
