The Hotel Saturnia is partially an ancient building of the XIV century (one of the oldest in Venice) owned by the Pisani Family, whose most illustrious representative, Vettor Pisani (1324-1380) was appointed Great admiral of the mighty Republic of Venice during the various wars against the Genoese fleet, waged to retrain control of the merchant trading in the Mediterranean sea. A warm welcome awaits from a courteous and highly trained staff. Each room is furnished in a completly different style, giving a unique experience. There is a cozy restaurant. From May to September guests can relax in the characteristic and evocative courtyard.
