| Established in 1998, this first-class beach hotel is known for its warm hospitality and unique services. Surrounded by a garden and a terrace, the hotel has a total of 74 suites and offers its guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safes, a currency exchange counter, four lifts and WLAN as well as Internet access. A bar and a car park also feature at this hotel. The two restaurants offer excellent cuisine, which can also be served in guests' rooms or beside the water. One of Mexico's premier hotels, this hotel is ideally located on the prestigious Punta Diamante beach only 15 minutes from the lively commercial area of Zona Dorada and 10 minutes from the international airport. Visitors are able to bathe in the sea the whole year round with the average temperature lying between 26 to 32 degrees in the morning and afternoon, and from 16 to 22 degrees in the evenings. Estrella de Oro bus station lies roughly 3 km away. Parque Papagayo and the tourist centre of Acapulco are located just 20 minutes from the hotel.

The white and cream coloured rooms are decorated with maritime motifs and original artworks, creating a soothing atmosphere. The rooms include a bathroom with a marble bath, shower, WC, a hairdryer, a seating area featuring a reading chair and a balcony. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hire safe, a minibar, a double/ king-size bed and an Internet connection as standard. Rooms also afford a sweeping view of the Pacific and the air conditioning is individually adjustable.
