| Water is the focus throughout this complex, which affords a spectacular Pacific coast location and nothing but seafront rooms. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 250 rooms of which 47 are junior suites, 48 are suites with 2 bedrooms and 2 are presidential suites. Non-smoking rooms and rooms adapted for use by disabled guests may be booked. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and lifts. Furthermore, there is a café, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre hall, a games room, a TV room, a restaurant and conference facilities to make use of. It is possible to gain access to the Internet as well as to make use of the room and laundry services. Bicycles may be hired, those arriving by car are offered use of the hotel car park and garage parking, and there is a playground for younger guests to let off steam in. |

All of the rooms afford views out over the sea and feature an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, individually controllable air conditioning, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone (national and international calls), an Internet connection, a minibar, a double bed and a safe as standard.

There is an entertainment programme for guests both young and old featuring dance, live music and nightly professional shows. Sightseeing tours are organised to Zihuatanejo.
