It has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, café, hairdressers' salon, three restaurants, conference facilities, Internet and WLAN access (the latter subject to fees), room service (charges apply), laundry services and cycle hire. The resort is on what was formerly a 19th century wheat farm, nestled in an impressive alpine amphitheatre of snow-capped mountains. Its proximity to Queenstown (only a 20-minute drive away) allows guests easy access to the cosmopolitan buzz of the town, while at the same time being far enough away for guests to be able to enjoy the tranquillity and splendour of the alpine countryside. The historic gold-mining town of Arrowtown is a short drive away (approximately 3 minutes) as are award-winning tourist attractions and the outdoor activities that have made Queenstown world famous. The airport is 15 km away.

Village Inn is a small, warm, rustic, cosy country cottage covering 50 m². An en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, minibar, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing set, king-size bed, individually-adjustable air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, as well as either a balcony or patio with spectacular views over the golf course, mountains or grounds all feature.
