| Opened in 2002, the hotel comprises a 6-storey main building with a total of 107 double rooms and 126 apartments. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and a café. A hairdressing salon, a café, a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with highchairs) are all on offer. The comfortable beach hotel is situated at the centre of the tourist area, very close to the extensive beach promenade and the nearby centre of Playa Serence, about 200 m away. A stop for public transport is situated only 100 m from the hotel. A bus stop is also to be found close by. Nearby are diverse shops, countless restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and entertainment venues. The inviting beach that lies by the turquoise blue sea is also close to the hotel (200 m away).
