Description of the H10 Montcada Hotel

This hotel is built within a restored building in the Gothic quarter, in the heart of the city. Rooms are fully equipped with attention to detail and a contemporary design. There is a lobby bar and the restaurant Montcada offers Mediterranean cuisine. The rooftop terrace with sunbathing area and free jacuzzi has great views of the city.
Restaurant:-Open 7 days a week. Breakfast served 7 am to 10:30 am, lunch between 1 pm and 3 pm and dinner from 8 pm to 10:30 pm.
Families:-Family room for 3 available. Free baby cot on request. Babysitting can be arranged through reception.
1st child policy:-No child reductions, charge on a triple room basis for all occupants.
2nd child policy:-The hotel cannot accommodate two children sharing a room with two paying adults.
Business facilities:-Modem point in room. Fax machine and photocopier available at reception. Laundry service available.
Disabled facilities:-Access ramps and suitable lift access. Room with disabled toilet and specially equipped bathroom available.
20 mins walk:-Gothic quarter, Cathedral, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, shopping areas
Public transport:-Jaume I underground
From the airport:-Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya (45 mins) 5 Euros then 10 minute walk to hotel. Taxi direct (30 mins) c. 25 Euros.

"Hotel is perfectly placed for Born and Gothic districts. Sun terrace is small but guests come and go so usually get a sunbed at some point in the day. Fantastic for a drink at sunset. Great views from the jacuzzi but need to book ahead. Didn't have breakfast - cafes and bakeries across the road. "
