Description of the Rialto Hotel

Traditional hotel with a superb location right in the historic centre of Barcelona, just around the corner from the Cathedral and Ramblas. The lobby is bright and modern and bedrooms are in a more typical, Spanish style. There is a well stocked traditional bar downstairs and attractive 'cellar' style restaurant where breakfast is served.


Restaurant:-	A la carte restaurant, open 7 days a week. Lunch 1.00pm-3.30pm, dinner 8.00pm-10.00pm.
Families:-	Family rooms for 4 are available. Baby cots available on request.
1st child policy:-	50% of adult per person per night rate based on sharing a room with two paying adults.
2nd child policy:-	50% of adult per person per night rate based on sharing a room with two paying adults.
Business facilities:-	Internet access in the hotel. Fax, photocopier and currency exchange available at reception. Meeting/Conference room available. Laundry service available.
Disabled facilities:-	Access ramps and suitable lift access. 3 disabled rooms with specially equipped bathrooms.
20 mins walk:-	Cathedral, Las Ramblas, Olympic Port, Picasso Museum, all of Old Town, Catalunya Square.
Public transport:-	Liceu underground
From the airport:-	Taxi direct c. 25 Euros, 30 mins
Parking:-	Public, 200m, c. 20 Euros/day.
Room facilities:-	Small charge for room safe of 1.50 Euros per day.

"Would stay again "
	"This hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast represents excellent value. Unfortunately on this trip (we have stayed twice before) our room was tiny. The whole hotel is being modernised and there were workmen everywhere. It didn't cause too much disruption but I wondered if our small room was due to others being modernised.
