Renovated in 2005, this 8-storey complex comprises 24 apartments of which 8 have 1 bedroom and 16 have 2. Guests are offered access to a wonderful terrace and further facilities include a reception desk (open from 5 pm until 8 pm) and a lift.

The apartment complex is located beside Hotel Don Pancho, just 200 m from sandy Levante Beach in Benidorm. An array of supermarkets, bars and other services are to be found in the local area and Alicante airport is approximately 65 km away.

Room description:

All of the rooms come with a balcony, a lounge/ dining room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, a TV, a hire safe and a terrace. The apartments with one bedroom have a separate two-bed room and a lounge with a sofa bed for two persons. The apartments with two bedrooms have two separate two-bed rooms and a lounge with a sofa bed for two persons.

Sports/Entertainment:

There is a swimming pool to make use of in the outdoor complex. Sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out ready for use on the beach (additional fees apply).

"Great location and cheap "
	"Great location, very basic but that goes with the price. They was a deposit required of 150 euros per room, which me and my friends thought was a bit steep. The worrying thing with both rooms where one was on the 2nd floor and the other was on the 7th floor, was that neither balcony door locked! Plus when they was staff on recepition they spoke very little english. " The best thing about Carlos V was:"Clean but it does only get cleaned once a week. " The worst thing about Carlos V was: "Balcony doors not locking. "
