| Renovated in 2006, this modern air-conditioned apartment hotel consists of a main building and an annexe, and comprises a total of 167 apartments. Facilities on offer include a beautiful garden area, a terrace, a spacious foyer with 24-hour reception, and a public Internet terminal (charges apply). A café, a kiosk, a small supermarket, a games room, aa TV room, a cosy bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant taking care of guests' culinary desires are also all available, as is a laundry service, a bicycle storage room and a bicycle hire service (charges apply). The pleasantly appointed and air-conditioned apartments come in two varieties: type 2/4 and type 4/6. The apartments of type 2/4 all come with a spacious en suite bathroom with hairdryer, an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a folding double bed or a single bed, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a fully fitted American kitchen with fridge, a hire safe, and a furnished terrace. Air conditioning and central heating are adjustable in all the lodgings. Apartments of type 4/6 include all of the above and additionally feature two separate bedrooms.
