"Great Value , great location.

"We Travel abroad 7 or 8 times every year, 50% of these trips are to
Spain This hotel represents the best value and location we have stumbled
across in 10 years.(this is defiantly not Benidorm) The apartment was
clean and basic, with ac inc. The pool was small and adequate. The
entertainment was typical Spanish in content and enjoyable the maid
cleaned daily. The food was excellent for the price we paid. Wine with
dinner was 5 Euro a bottle. The hotel was in a lovely Spanish town Coma
Ruga that included 3k of beautiful beach and promenade with bars
restaurants, beach kiosks at suitable intervals, and local markets 25
min by car along the n340 from Salou and Universal park at Port Aventura
And 5 min from Sant Vincente Railway station Trains every 30 min to
Siteges Barcelona airport (Change at El Prat Llogbreet) and Barcelona.
45 min by car to the unbelievable Monserat peninsula This should not be
missed as complete with scenery, culture, and various train and cable
car experiences, very romantic. Conclusion: Don't throw money at tour
operators & travel agents book yourself. 8 nights hb in Aug £142 pp, 2
return flights from Bristol £62.50 pp . Pegeout 207 from Aquilla £12
per day fully insured. Reus airport a very easy 20 min away, or
Barcelona airport 65k. Mind blowing?

"A taste of real spain - paella not burgers" |

"A little bit of up grading (bathrooms) and more organisation in the
dining room (waiting around for cutlery and crockery) could make this
into a very good hotel. If you are looking for late bars and enjoy
Benidorm this might not be the place for you. Fantastic beaches and a 15
minute walk (do not use the taxis unless very rich) to the train station
- cheap transport to Barcelona and Port Aventura/Salou make it a good
base for a family holiday
The kids club was excellent. My six year
old nephew summed it up, we had stayed 5 star in greece 4 weeks earlier
and he had been telling everyone the hotel was posh and he wanted to go
back but this had been his best holiday ever and he would like to live
at this hotel.

The best thing about Europe San Salvador was:"Activity team - location to fantastic beach"
The worst thing about Europe San Salvador was: "Dis-organisation in dining room"

"Good value, great location, suitable for families with young children" |

"A nice hotel with excellent breakfast and adequate (although sometimes
repetetive) dinners. The pool is very nice. The rooms are small but
sufficient. The hotel reception bar and Sirena bar were never opened
during our 2 week stay, only the pool bar. Because of this, and also the
fact that the entertainment was aimed entirely at young children, we
walked out most evenings along an enchanting sea promenade with a good
choice of resaurants. The beach is lovely as is the small town. R
The
most disappointing factors from our point of view were, firstly, that
the website clearly stated that wine and water with dinner were included
in the price - this was not the case - and, secondly, that the other
bars were always closed and therefore there was no alternative to the
pool bar with the children's entertainment."
The best thing about Europe San Salvador was:"Location - close to beach, town and station"
The worst thing about Europe San Salvador was: "Rooms a little too small - plus no complimentary water or tea / coffee
provided with dinner"
