| The hotel was built in 2002 and has a total of 266 rooms, of which 248 are doubles and 18 area suites, on 5 floors. The hotel lobby area offers guests a 24-hour reception desk and lift access. Additional facilities include a hairdresser, a kiosk, a piano bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. This top-quality hotel is located on the premises of the newly opened Fuerteventura Golf Club, between a golf course and a beach promenade. The hotel is situated on the approach to the resort of Caleta de Fuste, approximately 600 m from the centre, countless shops, bars and restaurants. This hotel is located just a few steps from the shopping and entertainment area. The airport is 8 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found approximately 800 metres from the hotel.

A 18-hole golf course is situated directly next to the hotel. In the outdoor complex, there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. On payment of an additional fee there is a sauna, a Jacuzzi and aerobics sessions on offer. Furthermore, guests may wish to participate in archery, a game of volleyball, or for an extra charge, tennis or minigolf. On the beach, opportunities to go out jet skiing, diving, surfing or take out a pedalo all exist. There is also a range of seasonal entertainment programmes on offer.
