| Built in 1978 and renovated in 1999, the hotel offers a total of 619 rooms spread over 7 floors of which 475 are doubles and 144 are suites. The hotel offers an foyer with a 24-hour reception, a café and 3 lifts. Further facilities include bars, various shops, a supermarket, a hairdresser's salon, an auditorium, a TV room and two air-conditioned restaurants with separate non-smoking areas. Guests are additionally offered a games room, a public Internet terminal and a conference room. There is a kids' club and a playground available for children. Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car. There is a laundry service available to round off the hotel's facilities. |

This hotel is centrally located in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, directly next to the beach belonging to the tourist resort of Playa Barca. The town centre of Costa Calms is 4 km away and airport and the island's capital are around 80 km from the hotel. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.
