Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, lifts, a newspaper stand, various shops, a games room, a TV room, conference rooms, a garage, a kids club (4-12 years) and a children's play area. The hotels dining facilities include a café, a pub, a bar, a juice bar and 3 air-conditioned restaurants. Complex situated in the Urb Oliva Nova Golf, is located first directly beside the sea, with a 20 Km-long natural sand dune beach, although it also has spa, golfing, and conference facilities.It is also very close (only 6 Km away) to Oliva city, where you can find numerous shopping facilities as well as various bars and restaurants. The town of Denia is around 18 km from the hotel and Valencia just 90 km.

Hotel has several types of rooms, all of them with bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and Internet access. The rooms also include a Playstation, a minibar, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.The modern superior rooms (junior suite) are twin/double ones and have a terrace with a beautiful view.The Golf Suite ones (suites) have a bedroom and a separated living room with a sofa-bed aswell as a terrace with a beautiful view.The Residence Suite ones (suites with two bathrooms) have, aswell as the living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.Hotel also has 32 rooms with private swimming-pool and sun-bathing area (check with your travel agency for supplements and availability). Each of the apartments come with a combined bedroom/ lounge area and a separate bedroom. The suites offer separate living space and sleeping areas.

Breakfast is buffet service. Lunch and Dinner is a menu with different dishes to choose but during high season or with high occupancy can be buffet service aswell.There are also \"a la carte\" restaurants but local charge. Special dietary requirements are also catered for and requested dishes can be prepared. Drinks are not included in the price.

Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool bar (opening times dependant on weather) . Parasols and pool towels are also provided. Two tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, beach volleyball, and golf facilities are on offer. Guests may also try out water aerobics as well as surfing and sailing in the high season. The spa centre (access from 16 years old) offers an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a Finnish sauna, a women's sauna and a Turkish steam room. For an additional fee a massage service, physiotherapy, Thalasso therapy, Balneotherapy, Tibetan Ayurveda treatments and a cosmetic salon are also offered. The nearest golf course is some 300 m away. An equestrian centre is located around 6km from the hotel, where guests may try horse riding.
