The nearest shopping centre as well as convenient links to the public transport network links are located just 50 metres from the hotel. Playa del Inglés lies some 5 km away; it is 60 km to the capital town of Las Palmas and 37 km to the airport.

The comfortable, elegant rooms are all air conditioned and come with en suite bathrooms, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with music channels, a minibar, a fridge, a safe and a balcony or terrace.

In the sprawling, beautiful garden complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a pool/ snack bar, sun loungers and parasols as well as a garden bar with a stage. Other amenities within the complex include a solarium, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a gym. An additional fee applies for use of the health and spa centre and sports enthusiasts may play a spot of table tennis, beach volleyball as well as tennis (3 artificial tennis courts, lessons available with local providers, floodlighting and paddle tennis courts) as well as billiards. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme for children and adults with live music and shows to provide some variation.
