| The first wine cellar hotel in La Rioja was established in 2004 and comprises a total of 18 rooms mixing rustic and classic style elements, spread across two floors. As well as a lobby area with a safe, this air-conditioned hotel offers its guests a wine shop and a café. In addition, guests may take advantage of the conference facilities, the public Internet connection, and the room service. There is parking on offer to those arriving by car. This is an ideal hotel in which to unwind after a long day, and from which to visit the La Rioja region with all its tourist offerings. |

This country hotel is located on the grounds of the \"\"Vinicio Real\"\" wine cellars in Albelda de Iregua. The capital of the La Rioja wine-growing area is Logroño, about 15 km from here. The nearest restaurant can be found some 10 km from the hotel, while links to the public transport network lie approximately 1 km away. Guests will reach the nearest skiing area in 60 km (about a 75-minute drive).

The cosy rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a king-size bed or two single beds, and some include a terrace. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, a TV with digital channels, a radio, a minibar/ fridge, and a free safe. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. Some of the rooms have been adapted to the needs of disabled guests.

A continental breakfast is available every morning. Guests may also visit the Bodega Vinicola Real. This offer comprises exquisite vintages such as the \"\"200 Monks\"\". It is possible to arrange menus in the wine cellar for groups of at least 12 persons (prior reservation required). In addition, wine tasting is offered on every second and third Saturday of the month (except October).

The hotel is ideally situated for road/ mountain bike tours due to the surrounding countryside landscape. Additionally, horse riding lessons are on offer or guests can even try their hand at archery. The nearest golf course is 15 km away. Visits to the hotel winery are free for guests.

The hotel offers parking facilities about 100 m from the entrance. Guests may check in between 2.00pm and 10.00pm. The reception is open between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Those expecting to arrive after 10.00pm should contact the hotel in advance.

| How to get there: |
Coming from Logroño, take the N111 in the direction of Soria. After about 14 km, follow the signpost for Albelda de Iregua. In the town centre, follow the road to Nalda. The hotel can be found at the end.

"Good value friendly hotel in a Winery

"Lovely small hotel and very friendly. Ideal location for us as we were
in Rioja to taste wines. The staff spoke good English and being as the
hotel was part of a winery we were given a tour and did some tasting.
Continental Breakfast was very good. Room was large with a nice seating
area as well There was secure free parking for the hotel a couple of
minutes walk away. Not many restaurants nearby though. Would definitely
stay there again.
