| Built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 70 apartments on 1 storey. It is located in the centre of a 12,000 m² garden, surrounded by numerous palm trees. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a supermarket. Furthermore, it offers a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition there is a conference room, Internet access, room service, a laundry service, medical assistance as well as a bicycle storage facility, a car park, a garage and a children's playground. |

Guests are invited to serve themselves from the buffet at breakfast. At lunchtime and in the evenings dishes may be ordered from a set menu or from the à la carte selection. In addition, the hotel also caters for guests with special dietary requirements.

Guests are offered use of the indoor pool, the pool with a children's area, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a solarium. Water sports enthusiasts may enjoy the diving on offer. For fitness enthusiasts it is possible to play a game of tennis or squash 500 metres from the hotel, for an additional fee. In addition, guests may take advantage of the table tennis and snooker for an additional fee. There is also a minigolf area available.
