| The hotel consists of 305 rooms spread over 5 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast pool and garden complex, a foyer with 5 lifts, safes, a currency exchange as well as a 24-hour reception. It also features a games room, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub, several bars and a restaurant. Business guests may take advantage of the conference facilities along with the Internet access and room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are available. The hotel offers use of a bicycle storage facility and a bike hire service. Finally, there are car parking facilities, a kids' club and a playground. |

This elegant hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa Blanca, directly beside the sea and the promenade. The harbour is 1.5 km from the hotel and the town centre offering an array of shops and other entertainment venues lie some 2 km away and can easily be reached on foot. Puerto del Carmen is approximately 30 km away, the island capital of Arrecife 35 km and the airport 40 km from the hotel. All of these locations can easily be accessed by making use of the local public transport. A bus stop lies within about 2 km of the hotel.

The elegant rooms come with a tiled en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar (with a charge), a double bed, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Guests are offered breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet. There is an à la carte menu offered at lunch and a set menu available at dinner. Individual-specific meals may be provided.

In the outdoor complex are 2 swimming pools with children's pools, a snack bar, a separate nudist area as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests have the opportunity to make use of the indoor swimming pool, the in-house gym as well as the spa and health centre with Jacuzzi, sauna and massage service (additional fee applies for the latter). Other leisure activities including aerobics and water aerobics, table tennis, archery and air rifle shooting, bocce and, for an additional fee, diving, tennis, billiards/ snooker and a minigolf are also available.
