| Built in 1960 and renovated in the year 2000, the hotel comprises a 3-storey building with a total of 188 rooms of which 71 are apartments. The hotel also has a sizeable garden (2,000 m²). The air-conditioned hotel has a 24-hour reception area with a lift and various other facilities including a bar, a pub, a TV room and a restaurant with non-smoking area. In addition, it offers a laundry service as well as a kids club. |

This attractive hotel lies in Cala d'Or, on a quiet side street in lovely neighbourhood. The nearest beach, Cala Gran, lies just 300 metres from the hotel. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel. The nearest golf course is 7 km away. In only a couple of minutes guests with reach the centre of Cala d'Or.

The pleasantly decorated air-conditioned rooms include an en suite, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette, a fridge, central heating, a safe (for an additional fee) and a balcony or terrace.

"Godd value-good sized and clean apartment-good choice of pools

"We arrived and were given a choice of apartments which was nice and
chose an apartment block away from the central area which was on a small
block of 9. The apartments where a good size-really big balconies
looking over a small pool. We pretty much had to pool to ourselves as
most people used the main larger pool. All I would critisize is there
were too many loungers round the pool area so it was a bit short of
space. The staff were helpful-we could shower and store our luggage for
late check out and everything was clean-the apartments were also about 5
mins walk from the beach and also the main restaurant area-so there was
no noise at night but it was still convenient
