In the evenings there are 3 a la carte restaurants to choose from (there are no evening buffets in the hotel) including "Il Papagallo" Italian cuisine, "La Parrilla" regional and Spanish cuisine and "The Oriental" which is renowned as the best oriental restaurant in the Canaries. "Palmera Real" provides a relaxed atmosphere beside the pool for lunch, from a light snack to a full meal |

| From the airport:- | From Los Rodeos (north airport), direct bus takes 20 minutes, a taxi costs approx 25 Euros. From Reina Sofia (south airport), direct bus takes 1 hour 15 minutes and runs 4 times a day and costs approx 8 Euros, alternatively there are very regular buses to Santa Cruz where there is one change for direct buses to Puerto de la Cruz. A taxi from the south airport costs approx 80 Euros |

| Spa:- | The Oriental Spa Garden is a truly amazing facility and guests of the hotel can use it free of charge (treatments are at an extra charge). It is certainly possible to pass a very pleasant and relaxing time in this impressive facility.
