"As soon as we arrived we knew we'd struck lucky. Chimisay Hotel fulfills
all the basic requirments and a short walk out of the front door brings
you to the vibrant central square of Puerto de la Cruz.
"
The best thing about Chimisay was:"Its location is great
"
The worst thing about Chimisay was: "Shower had a mind of its own

"We submitted a review of this hotel a year ago,and it appaers on your
website. We enjoyed our stay at the Chimisay again this year but have
not changed our views much, and would stay at this hotel again.

"Central, simple and inexpensive" |
|
"A small hotel in a quiet, traffic-free street in the old town, near the
Plaza del Charco, bus station, harbour, tourist information office,
shops and sea-front. The en suite rooms are simple but pleasant. Many
have balconies. An ample buffet breakfast is served in the picture-hung
dining room.
During the day, guests can laze on the roof terrace,
look at Teide and cool off in the small pool, or take a bus up into the
hills or to another part of Tenerife. Bed and breakfast terms are
available, so in the evening guests can eat in (there is a weekly
Canarian buffet) or join the paseo, enjoy the street music and go to one
of the many nearby restaurants.
The Chimisay offers excellent
value for money. Those of us who have been several years running know we
can expect to see familiar faces among our fellow guests.
"
The best thing about Chimisay was:"Its location."
The worst thing about Chimisay was: "Very poor coffee at breakfast."
