| Situated amidst 700 m² of gardens, the hotel building was constructed in 1986 and renovated in 2000. It consists of 255 rooms, 25 suites, 120 apartments and 110 studios spread over 6 floors. The reception is occupied 24-hours, there are 3 lifts and a currency exchange counter located in the lobby. There is also a small supermarket, a conference room, a hairdresser, a TV room and a car park. A laundry service is also available. |

This apartment hotel lies directly in the tourist centre and only 50 m from the nearest beach. The resort beach of Playa Troya is only about a 20 minutes walk away. Countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and public transport links may all be found only 50 metres from the hotel and Puerto Colon marina is located a mere 250 m from the hotel. Reina Sofía Airport is some 17 km away.

All of the comfortable studios come with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer. They are all equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge and a safe. They have central air-conditioning in the Summer months only: May to Oct.

The club resort offers guests a swimming pool with freshwater (heated) and a paddling pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades (for an additional fee). Guests may enjoy a game of pool, snooker and there is a golf course 5 km away. Additional sun loungers have also been laid out on the magnificent sandy beach, for use by hotel guests.
