| Built in 2004, this hotel includes a total of 284 double rooms and 20 suites spread over 5 floors. The hotel has a 24-hour reception in the lobby and a kiosk. Public transport is located right next to the hotel and the Playa del Duque is located around 500 away. Countless shops, restaurants and bars are also located in the immediate vicinity. Playa de las Américas is around 7 km away and the airport is 27 km away from the hotel.

The rooms are congenially furnished and fitted with a large en suite marble bathroom, a camp bed (a cot is also available for no extra price), a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, an Internet connection, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe, a balcony or a terrace (with a side or direct view of the sea) and a minibar/ fridge. The suites also include a separate living room and bedroom.

Guests are invited to serve themselves from the breakfast buffet. In the evenings there is an à la carte menu on offer. It is possible to book a half board, full board or an all-inclusive stay.

In the 20,000 m² outdoor complex there is a freshwater pool (heated), saltwater pool, a separate children's pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel offers sports enthusiasts' tennis (2 courts in the neighbouring hotel), a paddle tennis court, volleyball, minigolf, bicycle/mountain bike hire (local mountain bike rental) and a gym (partially for an additional fee). The seasonal entertainment programme and live music ensures that there is never a dull moment at the hotel. Entrance to the spa area is included in the price.
