Facilities on offer at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange facility and 2 lifts, of which one is a glass lift providing panoramic views. The hotel lies in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol, directly on the beach and in middle of the promenade of Paseo Marítimo de Bajondillo. Situated just a few metres from restaurants, the centre of Torremolinos, with its connections to the public transport network is a mere 800 metres away. It is 11 km to Málaga and Pablo Ruiz Picasso airport is located approximately 7 km away.

Rooms are furnished in a modern style and most offer a wonderful view of the sea. They are fully fitted with an en suite bathroom with bath or shower, a direct dial telephone, TV with 14-inch screen and national as well as international channels available, background music and a hire safe. Bedrooms are equipped with a smoke alarm, a furnished terrace with a table and 2 chairs is also included as standard. The air conditioning (warm/cold) is individually adjustable. The hotel also offers 12 special corner rooms which, by way of a corner terrace, command direct views over the sea. With one double bed and one sofa with 90 cm wide beds, they provide accommodation for up to 4 people.

Through the hotel's ideal location it is possible to participate in an abundance of cultural, sports or other activities. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 18-hole golf course only 1.5 km away, as well as the 5 further golf courses within a distance of 20 km. The sports centre at Benalmádena is about 5 km from the hotel.
