The hotel offers full-service resort amenties and facilities that are perfect for a conference of any size. Our vacation packages make a Florida vacation affordable for the entire family. In addition, our location is perfectly suited for a romantic wedding, honeymoon or anniversary.
NOTE: The swimming pool and 5th-9th floor renovations are now complete. Work is continuing on the 3rd and 4th floors, although noise and disruption to guests are being kept to a minimum. Work is expected to be completed in August 2006.

"Allocate scruffy rooms to non US guests" |

"On arrival we were allocated a room on a lower floor with other UK visitors. After complaining about the condition of the room we were moved to a room on a higher floor accomodating predominately US guests and the room was in substantially better condition.
The hotel then waited untill the end of a local holiday weekend to commence maintenance on its water supply telling guests to use showers in a gymn facility at the end of the street. No showers, at the end of a hot day- no good"
