"The hotel is fine, although the location is not the best if you do not
have a car and want to spend time in downtown Denver, they have a
shuttle service which solves that problem during the day but after a
night out it's two buses or a 15 dollar taxi ride. The only problem we
had was that we asked Reception to book a shuttle back to the airport on
the morning we left, and they said they would but then did not do so,
leaving us in real danger of missing out plane. They did sort out a
taxi, but vthis cost 25 dollars more and althtough they promised to
refund the difference, they have not done so.
