"Good budget hotel to use when travelling around South Florida, ie: at
I95 junction
" |
|
"Easy to find at junction with Oakland Blvd & I95. Ask for pool facing
room, they are quieter. All others face the busy boulevard or are
subject to rail noise & I95 traffic noise.
"
The best thing about Days Inn was:"Rates include ' deluxe ' continental breakfast & is therefore excellent
value for money.
"
The worst thing about Days Inn was: "Traffic noise if boulevard facing.

"The hotel is situated a few hundred metres from a railway line. As the
train went past the intersection it sounded its horn several times. This
was fine during the day, but when it woke us several times during the
night it wasn't so funny. We stayed five nights and we were just getting
used to it by the final night.
My wife and I planned to keep up our fitness programme whilst we were on holiday, one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We went to the fitness room and found the cycling machine was broken and the treadmill was facing the wrong way. It was backed up to a wall mounted mirror. This was a bit dangerous in case someone tripped on the treadmill and got catapulted into the glass. I mentioned it to reception who sent the maintenance man along who agreed with my observations and said that he would take it to the manager. Nothing was done about it.
"
The best thing about Days Inn was:"Attitude of reception staff
"
The worst thing about Days Inn was: "The fitness room.
