"We only stayed for one night,but I found this hotel very clean ,recently
decorated very nice staff , it was a pleasure to stay in , not the best
view as we were over looking the roof but who cares , the food was good
and the location is excellent ,

"Good value, great location and facilities

"We stayed in the annexx across the road from the main building, these
are 1 bedroom conveniences. The accomodation is of average standard but
spacious and fully equipped with cooker,fridge, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker, iron etc. The pool was of average size, clean and just
outside our door, the laundry room was just a few doors away and a
shopping centre, with supermarkets, pub and restaurants were 1 minute
away, the beach was excellent and very close. We had a great stay and
would come again.

"The hotel is pretty good value, but needs a re-vamp. Its called Clarion
Lauderdale Beach, but certainly couldn't see the sea from the hotel!

breakfast!

"Friendly staff, who were helpful and smiling, the management was very
accomadating (upgrading us to the beach building for no extra) but they
were handicapped by the obvious lack of maintenance - shabby lifts,
dirty beach, broken windows, broken doors, one ice machine working in
the whole building, spitting air cons, etc. Just stuff that should have
been taken care of and wasn'T. Having said that, the rooms were clean
and well serviced and we had a great time. Don't leave it to the last
day to go to the beach resteraunts on the pier five mins walk away. The
pizza service was good and the diner opposite did a better breakfast
than the chain attached to the middle building of the hotel, there is a
small mall opposite- very very handy, and the parking was very
convenient. Don't expect anything from this hotel other than the basic
amenities (fridge and microwave all worked), the freedom to come and go
as you wish and you won't be disapointed."

"Quality resort well located" |

"A quality affordable resort with a great locaton right on the
beach.This resort is easily accessed and is just far enough away from
the hustle bustle.Nice pool area.Good well maintained rooms with
facilities like a fridge meant that we could buy drinks food etc. from
the nearby supermarket and keep them cool and fresh for the next
mornings travel.The onsite steakhouse was affordable with large portions
of good quality food.We would definately stay here again."

"Shabby hotel" |

"We only stayed here one night luckily - the hotel is on both sides of a
very busy road. The rooms were very shabby, the doors look like they'd
been broken into and the beds were not very comfortable. Although there
was a small kitchen area with microwave, cooker & fridge"
